Pascal Gally founded “Choc des Légendes“, one of the world’s largest eloquence festivals. An enthusiastic entrepreneur, international consultant and business facilitator for high-level stakeholders, he is passionate about Africa. Pascal has a legal background and compliance expertise with over 10 years’ experience in legal and compliance matters with major international groups, law firms and consultancies, between Paris, Geneva, Zurich and Baar.

Mr Gally specialises in providing strategic advice to governments seeking to attract foreign investment and to multinationals wishing to expand their activities and penetrate new markets. As a certified expert in compliance, governance and financial investigations, he also has extensive experience in the design and full implementation of compliance programmes.

Pascal is an international speaker and a renowned public speaking coach, helping political, business and legal leaders to improve their speech writing and public speaking skills. He has been involved for many years in a number of initiatives to promote women’s emancipation and entrepreneurship in Africa.
